On 26 September 2025, Tinatin Samsonia, Head of the Economic Department of BNU, participated in a training titled “How to Implement CRM and ERP Systems in Business.”
The aim of the training was to provide participants with practical knowledge on optimizing and developing business processes using modern digital tools.
The course covered the following topics:

The significance, objectives, and benefits of CRM and ERP systems;

Comparison of functionalities and value of different systems;

Risks and challenges associated with implementing CRM and ERP systems;

Practical application of change management in ERP systems;

Strategies for selecting the optimal system based on business needs.
