From 23 to 25 September 2025, Nino Darchiashvili, a specialist in the Human Resource Management Department of the Makhinjauri Maritime School, participated in a training on human resource management.
The training covered the specifics of team building, fundamentals of labor law, the process of employee selection and recruitment, models for onboarding and adapting new employees, as well as modern methods for motivating staff and evaluating performance.
Key topics addressed during the training included:
